Hello Magestore Blog’s buddies!

It has been such a long time since our last meeting on Interview section of Magestore’s Blog, hasn’t it? Since then, we have received so many replies from customers all over the world, expressing their hope for more experience sharing stories from others when using our extensions. Those are definitely great motivations for us to improve our products for your betterment as well as encourage our Customers to share with you more of their experiences.

Let’s welcome Evelina, the developer of leadersalotti.com. She will reveal her opinions on Magento Image Option extension. Below is the talk between her and Cindy, Magestore’s interviewer:

CINDY: Hi Evelina! Thank you very much for accepting our interview invitation, Evelina. Could you please introduce a little about store leadersalotti.com to everyone?

EVELINA: I’m Evelina Agostini, a co-founder of ELbuild, which is located in Pistoia and Italy. My company was responsible for developing 2 web stores for Leader Salotti, which is an Italian company operating in the field of interior furniture since 1986. The 2 websites we were in charge of developing are eadersalotti.com which offers medium and low-cost Italian products and leaderinterni.com which offers high level Made-In-Italy products with valuable discounts. We chose Magento for both with leadersalotti.com released in 2011 and leaderinterni.com in 2013.

CINDY: Why did you choose Magestore as a Magento extension provider and select our Image Option module?

EVELINA: We chose Magestore because we think you are a reliable provider and we selected the Image Option module because we needed a way to show to the customers the different options in a more visual way. Magento Image Option is a unique product for this purpose and the price is reasonable.

CINDY: Besides Magento Image Option, is there any other extension of Magestore have you used so far?

EVELINA: We have not installed other extensions so far but we evaluated some interesting features that we probably will use in future projects.

CINDY: Are you satisfied with the design and features of our Magento Image Option extension? I see that your current page is very nice and professional ^^

EVELINA: We are satisfied with the extension’s features. It is very easy to use and well-integrated with the product creation and editing procedures of Magento. The owner of the web sites, who do not have a specific technical background, is able to use those features autonomously.

CINDY: Evelina, could you please let me know how Magento Image Option module brings convenience for customers and benefits your online business?

EVELINA: Appearance is obviously very important in choosing furniture. Customers always want to see what changes if they select an option or another, for example, color or material.

CINDY: Have you ever worked with Magestore’s supporters? How do you think about them?

EVELINA: We needed support a couple of times and they were always available and helpful. We appreciated in particular that when we bought the extension for the second store they also upgraded the version we had in the first one, and they took care of the whole procedure.
