The Magento job and the business relationship with Magestore
G (Grace): Hi Sebastian, thank you very much for accepting our interview invitation. First, could you please introduce about yourself?
S (Sebastian) : I am Sebastian and the CEO of klarlichter. We are working as a developer and web solution provider for different clients to build online shops and websites.
G: How about your work and which related to Magento? Do you have any difficulties and advantages when working in Magento section?
S: There are some difficulties. For example Magento is very difficult when we have to calculate the correct tax in Germany. That’s the biggest problem. But finally we found a great way to solve the issues.
G: It is great. So, how long have you known and worked with Magestore?
S: I have been working with Magestore on Magento projects since 2012.
G: Why did you choose Magestore as a Magento extensions provider? I mean at your first purchase.
S: Yes, of course we chose Magestore as a Magento extensions provider at our first purchase. (laugh) Because Magestore provides a lot of great and useful extensions. They made the world better to get a great online shop.
The feelings towards Magestore’s extensions and people
G: Could you let us know which Magestore’s extensions have you worked with? What’s the most impressive extension you think?
S: We have worked with a lot of extensions of Magestore marketplace. For example Affiliate Plus, Gift Card, Promotional Gift, Reward Points Plus, One Step Checkout, Inventory Management, Ajax Cart and some other extensions on Magestore. Our most recommended extensions are Affilate Plus and Reward Points Plus.

G: Wow, that’s a lot. If there is 3 words that you want to describe our extensions, what are they?
S: Wonderful, excellent and brilliant!
G: Since you have worked and maintained close contacts with our support team. How do you feel about our support service? In the support team, who impress you most?
S: Your support service is the best, when compared to other companies. You are constantly working fast and really hard to find the best solution. You also worked over time. I remember all of your supporters to be brilliant and very smart. We really like all of your staff members. And I would also give a special thanks to Louis, Johnny, David, Jack and Grace and last but not least Katherine. You got my heart. 
G: I know we really like you, too.

The memories and messages for Magestorers
G: Can you share the most memorable experience you had with Magestore?
S: I won’t forget the stories about tax calculation. We had to try very often and hard and worked with David and Johnny to find and solve all calculation bugs of PayPal and Magento. Having found a great solution we had to prepare the next crash and so on. So that’s really funny, but at the end of the story we found a solution and all is working well.
G: There is one thing we really love to hear from you: Do you have some suggestions for Magestore to improve our products and services?
S: Yes, we would like to suggest that Magestore ensures the compatibility between their extensions. Sometimes conflicts are caused such as between Affiliate Plus and Reward Points Plus. Also, the calculation of the taxes as well as the shipping costs should be improved for their use in German shops. We would be happy to help with any trouble-shooting.
G: We really appreciate it. And … uhmm, last question. Do you have some messages to the other customers as a developer who has many long experiences to work with Magento?
S: Yes, all store owners who would like to make customers happy and boost sales should order Affiliate Plus, Reward Points and Gift Card extension. And you also should ask the support team of Magestore if you have any issue.They are always working hard. Sometimes a great and fine solution needs time to be built.
